Email is for non-urgent questions only. We use phone calls for scheduling so the plumber can hear the problem before arriving.
Before you call
What to have ready
- The street address and the nearest cross street or landmark.
- What you see: water running, a smell, a sound, a backup, or no hot water.
- What you have already shut off, if anything.
- Whether anyone in the home is elderly, ill or away, so we can plan the visit sensibly.
- Anything near the problem that could be unsafe, such as wet outlets or a gas smell.
Gas smell
If you smell gas, do not call us first
Leave the building, then call 911 and the gas utility number on your bill from outside. Call us afterward for any plumbing work.
